Lingzhen Chen has a diverse work experience in the fashion industry, spanning from 2013 to present. Lingzhen started their career as a Mens Tailored and Wovens Intern at Banana Republic in June 2013. Lingzhen then joined JCPenney as a Merchandise Associate in October 2013 and worked there until June 2014. In 2015, Lingzhen became an Associate Designer at ONE Jeanswear Group, where they worked until May 2016. In 2017, they joined Sunrise Brands as a Fashion Designer, focusing on intelligent and creative design solutions. Later in the same year, Lingzhen became a Partner Freelance at Brookfield Asset Management, a leading global alternative asset manager.

Lingzhen Chen completed a Bachelor's degree at the University of California, Los Angeles from 2006 to 2010. Following this, from 2011 to 2013, Lingzhen pursued a postgraduate program at Savannah College of Art and Design. The field of study for both degrees is not specified.
