Charles Goldman has a strong background in operations, having held several managerial roles in various companies. Charles started their career at Shoppers Drug Mart in 1990, where they worked in pharmacy operations for eight years before becoming a Pharmacy Operations Co-ordinator. In 2001, they moved to Supreme Foods as a Manager, a position they held for four years. Since 2005, they have been working as the Director of Operations at SunOpta.

Charles Goldman has a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree from York University and a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA degree from Seneca Polytechnic.
