Amy Wheeler is currently the CEO at Sunny Hill Inc. Prior to this, they served as the Director of ISLA Services from May 2015 to November 2017, and Assistant Director of ISLA Services from October 2012 to April 2015, both at Sunnyhill Inc.
Amy Wheeler is responsible for the management of 5 programs totaling 3 million dollars (funding Senate Bill 40, Medicaid, and private insurance). Amy has increased revenue within existing programs by 30 percent and developed two new programs increasing revenue by $960,000.00. Additionally, they have increased client census within all programs by increasing visibility of program and customer service.

Amy has instituted/established new processes to increase efficiency with internal processes, created and monitored budgets to ensure the utilization of funding, monitored grant and processes to ensure that each program is adhering to funding source guidelines, directed Human Resources functions related to the department (payroll, recruitment, terminations, training, and performance appraisals), analyzed monthly unit utilization to ensure grants are maximized, and completed all applications for grant funding.
Amy Wheeler holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, Human Resources from Saint Louis University. Amy has also completed 18 hours of coursework toward their Master's Degree in Professional and School Counseling from Lindenwood University.
They are on a team with Donny Mitchell - COO, Kathleen Branson - CFO, and Mary Eichner - Director of Nursing. Amy Wheeler reports to Matthew Burridge, CEO.
