Mahsa Sadeghi has a diverse range of work experience in healthcare and academia. Mahsa has held various roles at Sunnybrook, including Director of Operations for the Schulich Heart Program and Patient Care Manager. Mahsa has also worked as a Manager of Quality Improvement and Patient Safety and served as the Schulich program accreditation lead. In addition, Mahsa has held teaching positions at the University of Toronto and Centennial College, where they were an Adjunct Lecturer and Clinical Instructor, respectively. Mahsa has also conducted best-practice research at the Sunnybrook Research Institute and worked as an Operations Shift Manager at Mount Sinai Hospital. Overall, Mahsa's experience spans management, teaching, research, and clinical practice in various healthcare settings.

Mahsa Sadeghi has a diverse education history. In 2001 to 2006, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Critical Care Nursing from Ferdowsi University of Mashhad. Mahsa then pursued further education, completing a Critical Care Nursing certificate at George Brown College in 2011 to 2012. In 2008 to 2009, they obtained a Coronary care certificate, specializing in Coronary care 1,2,3, also from George Brown College. In 2014, they studied Business Statistics at Ryerson University.

Moving into the field of health policy and management, Mahsa completed a Master of Science (MSc) in Health Policy, Management and Evaluation (QIPS) at the University of Toronto from 2014 to 2015. Mahsa also pursued additional education at the Armstrong Institute for Patient Safety and Quality (JHMI), obtaining a Certificate in Leadership for Patient Safety and Quality in 2017. To enhance their leadership skills in healthcare, they earned a Certificate in Leading a Culture of Safety: A Blueprint for Healthcare Leadership from the Institute for Healthcare Improvement in 2017.

In 2020 to 2021, Mahsa enrolled in the Advanced Health Leadership Program at the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management.
