Shane Lapidus has a diverse work experience that spans over various finance and managerial roles. Shane started their career at Verizon in 2008 as a Jr. Financial Analyst and then progressed to become a Financial Analyst. After working at Verizon for five years, they joined Assurant in 2013 as a Financial Analyst III. In 2015, Shane moved to Lennar and held positions such as Manager, Senior Manager, and Director in the Finance department. Most recently, in 2023, they started working at Sunnova Energy as the Director of New Product Introduction.

Shane Lapidus obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance, General from Florida International University, where they studied from 2002 to 2006. Shane later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance, General from Nova Southeastern University from 2007 to 2010.
