Ying Ying Ma has diverse work experience in multiple companies. Ying Ying is currently working as the Sales Operations Director at Shangmi since June 2020. Prior to that, they had an extensive career at Honeywell, where they held various roles. Their roles at Honeywell included Sales/Commercial Excellence Leader & Sales Incentive Plan Leader, ACS GC Velocity Product Development manager of Honeywell Operation System Gold, Enabling Technology and Velocity Product Development (VPD) Manager, Enabling Technology Supervisor, and Enabling Engineer. Before joining Honeywell, Ying Ying Ma worked as a Mechanical Engineer at LG Electronics and as a Product Designer at Rhine Environmental New Technology Developing Co., Ltd.

Ying Ying Ma holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences, which was obtained from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, from 2000 to 2004, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Material Science and Technology at Tianjin University of Technology.
