Brandon James Winslow is an experienced culinary professional with a robust background in kitchen management and leadership. Currently serving as Executive Sous Chef at Sundial Beach Resort & Spa since December 2019, Winslow previously held Sous Chef positions at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood and Seminole Classic Casino Hollywood, where responsibilities included managing daily operations, supervising staff, and creating menus. Winslow also has experience as a Catering Chef at Artisan Foods Catering, Inc. and amassed extensive expertise during a long tenure at Duffy's Sports Grill, where roles included Director of Corporate Training and Executive Chef. Winslow's educational background includes studies at the University of Oklahoma from 1997 to 1999.
