Joe Griebel is an accomplished engineering and product development professional with extensive experience in overseeing product design and development. Currently serving as the Director of Physical Product at Sunday since July 2020, Joe manages a diverse product lineup of over 60 SKUs while previously holding the position of Sr. Product Developer, where responsibilities included the industrial design and project management for new product development. Prior to Sunday, Joe worked at Philips as a Sr. R&D Engineer, contributing to innovative design and commercialization processes for medical devices. Joe's career also includes significant roles at Mind Rocket, LLC as Principal Design Engineer, and MIND Studios as Senior Designer, showcasing a strong foundation in mechanical engineering with both a Master's and Bachelor's degree in the field from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs.
