Shira Chu has a diverse work experience in the field of visual merchandising and architectural design. Shira is currently serving as the Senior Manager of Visual Merchandising & Store Design at Sunday Riley since April 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Project Manager, Visual Merchandising & Store Design at Kendo Brands, Inc. from September 2022 to April 2023. Shira also worked at TATCHA as a Visual Merchandising & Store Experience Designer from March 2021 to September 2022, and as a Visual Merchandising Production Designer from March 2020 to March 2021. Before joining TATCHA, they gained architectural design experience at Benefit Cosmetics as an Architectural Renderer from March 2019 to March 2020, at zero ten design as a Junior Architectural Designer from February 2017 to March 2019, at Perkins Eastman as an Architectural Intern in June 2015, and at Arcari + Iovino Architects as an Architectural Intern in May 2014. Shira started their career as a Facilities Intern at Uncommon Schools in May 2013.
Shira Chu obtained a Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) degree with a focus in Architecture from Virginia Tech. Shira attended Virginia Tech from 2011 to 2016. Additionally, Shira Chu obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in March 2021.
