Hesa Adrian Kaswanda is a Regulatory Specialist at DPMPTSP DKI Jakarta since February 2021, where responsibilities include drafting academic manuscripts and regulation bills, maintaining a regulation issues inventory, and preparing reports and presentations related to regulations. Prior experience includes roles as a Junior Associate at Leks&Co, where legal due diligence and transaction support were primary tasks, and internships at CGS-CIMB Securities focusing on corporate governance compliance and at Universitas Gadjah Mada, contributing to legal research and editing for the Mimbar Hukum Journal. Hesa holds a Master of Laws in Globalisation and Law from Maastricht University and a Bachelor of Laws in Trade and Business Law from Universitas Gadjah Mada.
