Nick Stracke currently serves as a Home Health Liaison at Suncrest Home Health & Hospice since May 2017. Prior to this role, Nick held the position of Home Health Specialist at Gentiva Health Services from August 2012 to April 2017, where responsibilities included building relationships with referral sources and supporting families in understanding home health services. Earlier experience includes roles as a Cardiopulmonary Specialist/Health Screening Coordinator at Mercy Medical Center - Des Moines, a Community Wellness Coordinator at The Health and Wellness Institute, and various positions in personal training management at both Life Time - The Healthy Way of Life Company and Aspen Athletic Club. Nick holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise and Sports Science from Iowa State University, completed in 2001.
