Kasey Gaffney is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in digital marketing and customer experience management. Currently serving as Executive Manager of Digital Experience at Suncorp Group since April 2009, Kasey has held various leadership roles including Executive Manager of Digital Performance and Capability, Manager of Digital Adoption, and Senior Manager of Customer and Brand Portfolio for Personal Insurance. Kasey has also contributed to the Distribution Optimisation function by focusing on operational improvements and data-driven insights to enhance decision-making. Prior to Suncorp, Kasey worked at Fox Interactive Media as Senior Account Manager and at Starcom MediaVest Group as Digital Client Business Manager, building a solid foundation in digital media planning and marketing. Kasey holds a Bachelor of Business in Marketing and an Associate Diploma in Wine Technology and Marketing from Monash University.
