Marie-Michelle Barakat is a seasoned professional with a strong background in real estate and customer success management. Currently serving as a Bilingual Real Estate Advisor at Suncor since May 2024, Marie-Michelle previously held the role of Customer Success Manager for North America at Kalibrate from October 2021 to May 2024, where responsibilities included client onboarding and relationship management. Marie-Michelle's extensive tenure at Suncor from August 2010 to September 2021 included roles such as Bilingual Retail Capital Advisor, where investment decisions for retail sites were evaluated and recommended, and Bilingual Advisor - Associate Learning and Process Development, managing over 300 Wholesale and Retail Field Operating Procedures in both English and French.
