Don Murray is an experienced Agile and DevOps Coach, currently serving as President at Hacken Agile Software Engineering Inc. since 2021, and as a Guest Lecturer at Mount Royal University. With a career spanning over two decades, Don has held various roles including Scrum Master and Agile Coach at companies such as Suncor, Manitoba Public Insurance, Freedom Mobile, and Shaw Communications. Don has a strong background in coaching teams across multiple sectors like HR, finance, and IT, and has focused on transforming team dynamics to enhance productivity and deliver valuable outcomes. An alumnus of the University of Manitoba with a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering, Don has also contributed to software engineering architecture and development at Pason Systems Inc., EFA Software, Valmet, and Engineered Air.
