Deanna Saxon is an experienced landman with a diverse background in land services and project management. Currently working at Vanguard Partners, LLC since December 2023, and simultaneously at SunCoast Land Services, Inc. since February 2018, Deanna specializes in title research and mineral ownership reports across various Texas counties. Previous roles include positions at Surprise Valley Resources, LLC, PearlX, and Magellan Land, where responsibilities encompassed due diligence, title reviews, and project reporting. Deanna's expertise extends to GIS mapping and document management, supported by a solid foundation in court house research and pipeline project acquisitions. Education was completed at The University of Texas at Austin from 1993 to 1996.
