Jennifer Bolivar

SVP, Business Transformation at Suncoast Credit Union

Jennifer Bolivar is the SVP of Business Transformation at Suncoast Credit Union. Jennifer has over fifteen years of experience in the financial industry, starting as a coordinator bridging the gap in communication between local agents and the financial institutions served through client relationships.

Ms. Bolivar was promoted within PAR North America to the Remarketing side of the client coordination working with credit unions to ensure they handle member vehicle reclamation with care. Jennifer then advanced to working as a hybrid ADESA (sister company -- auto auction) fleet representative inspecting fleet, setting floor pricing and auctioning for clients.

As Executive Sales Director, Ms. Bolivar worked closely in business development in several external relationships with a focus on acquiring additional credit union clients and maintaining the existing ones through critical thinking and relationship building.

In their current role at Suncoast Credit Union, Ms. Bolivar is responsible for leading the business transformation team in identifying and implementing strategies that will improve efficiencies, reduce costs, and improve the member experience.

Jennifer Bolivar has a Master of Science (M.S.) in Management and Leadership from Webster University, a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Communication, General from Indiana University-Purdue University at Indianapolis, a Bachelor of Communications in Organizational Behavior Studies from Indiana University School of Education - IUPUI, and a Bachelor of Arts - BA in Organizational Communication, General from Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis. Jennifer also has certifications from the Scrum Alliance in Certified Agile Leader and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), and from Webster University in Project Manager.

Their manager is Kevin Johnson, President & CEO. They work with Jackie Gilbert - SVP, Risk Management, Darlene Johnson - COO, and Michael Hartman - SVP, Lending.
