Rebecca (Becky) Smith has extensive experience in real estate and authorship, currently serving as a Senior Associate Broker at Sun Realty in the Outer Banks of North Carolina since April 1999. In addition to real estate, Rebecca has been an author for Dirt Enterprises since January 1998, producing the annual publication "Outer Banks Cuisine, A Sampling Of Our Restaurants With Recipes." Rebecca's real estate career began as a Realtor at Century 21 Century from 1983 to 1986, followed by a position at Watson Realty, Inc. from 1987 to 1993, specializing in the Sawgrass, Marsh Landing, St. Augustine, Ponte Vedra Beach, and Jacksonville areas. Educationally, Rebecca attended Christopher Newport University from 1978 to 1980.
