Debbie Smith is an experienced real estate professional currently serving as the Broker and Reservations Manager at Sun Realty, specializing in Outer Banks vacation rentals since March 2012. Prior to this role, Debbie managed all aspects of the Kingdom Kids Learning Center from June 2005 to August 2012 as the Director. Experience also includes serving as a Property Manager at Ducks's Real Estate and as a Real Estate Salesman with Bob DeGabrielle & Associates, focusing on new construction sales in Monteray Shores, Corolla, NC. Debbie's educational background includes studies at the College of The Albemarle and J.P. Knapp High School.
