Bob Russo currently serves as Head of HR for Sun North America at Sun Pharmaceuticals, a position held since November 2023. Previously, Bob Russo was the Lead HR Business Partner for Meals and Beverages at Campbell Soup Company from March 2021 to November 2023, overseeing HR functions for various commercial operations. Bob Russo's extensive experience includes multiple roles at Bristol-Myers Squibb from June 2005 to October 2020, where responsibilities spanned HR partnerships in US Oncology, Worldwide Access, Manufacturing Operations, Corporate Functions, and Global Commercialization. Earlier career experiences include positions at Clarkston Consulting, Pfizer-Howmedica, and Fairleigh Dickinson University. Bob Russo holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a BA in Human Resource Management and Psychology from Upsala College.
