Valerie Chase, PHR, is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as an HR Generalist at Sun Mountain Sports since March 2023. Prior to this role, Valerie worked at Allegiance Benefit Plan Management from November 2017 to March 2023, where duties included HR recruiting, onboarding, and health customer service training with a focus on quality assurance. Valerie began their career in the health sector at Village Health & Rehab, first as a Certified Nursing Assistant from 2014 to 2015 and later as a Social Work Practicum Student in early 2017. Valerie holds a Master of Health Administration from Montana State University Billings, obtained in May 2023, and a Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Montana, completed in 2017.
