Karri Ojanen is an accomplished design professional with extensive experience in user experience and service design across various industries. Currently serving as the Director, Transformation Design Coach at Sun Life since December 2020, Karri focuses on creating human-centric and insights-driven organizational frameworks. As a Course Developer and Instructor at the University of Toronto School of Continuing Studies since September 2017, Karri has crafted and taught user experience design and service design programs. Previous roles include Practice Lead at RBC, where Karri guided a team in interaction and service design, and Director positions at CGI and Influitive, overseeing user experience initiatives. With a strong educational background that includes a d.MBA in Business Design and multiple degrees in audiovisual production, Karri combines creative and strategic expertise to enhance customer experiences.
