Sydney Hertwig is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in product management, human resources, and team development. Currently serving as the Product Manager for Day of Travel at Sun Country Airlines since October 2022, Sydney previously held the position of HubSpot Product Manager and Onboarding Coordinator at Populus Group from August 2018 to October 2022. Sydney's experience also includes serving as a Women's Soccer Graduate Assistant at Elmhurst College, where team building and communication training were developed for athletes. Earlier roles include a Human Resource Intern at Upsher-Smith Laboratories, where an e-learning training course was created and intern events were managed, as well as a Staff Training Intern at Shedd Aquarium, responsible for launching an employee engagement program. Sydney holds a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor's Degree in Communication & Psychology from Elmhurst University, along with an academic exchange experience at the University of Sydney.
