Mark Hajduch, Managing Director & Head of Tax, joined Sun Capital in 2006. He has over 25 years of operational, accounting, and tax experience. Prior to joining Sun Capital, Mr. Hajduch was President of Polyform Products Company, a maker and marketer of modeling compounds for the arts and craft industry, and a Partner with Crowe Chizek and Company, an accounting and consulting firm, where he began his business career and specialized in taxation. Mr. Hajduch received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from St. Joseph’s College.
