Kelsey Castellano is an experienced HR professional currently serving as HR Director at Summit K12 since September 2024. Prior to this, Kelsey held the position of Director of Human Resources at QRails, Inc. from February 2021 to September 2024, and previously worked in various roles within the hospitality industry, including Rooms Operations Manager and Front Desk Manager at The Westin Denver Downtown, and Human Resources Generalist at Marriott Marquis San Francisco. Kelsey began a career in hospitality at The Old Spaghetti Factory and gained experience in event management with Pebble Beach Company, where various special events roles were undertaken. Kelsey holds a degree in Hospitality Management with a focus on Event Management from San Jose State University, completed in 2016.
