Hossam Mohamed has extensive experience in Unified Communications and Contact Centers, with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Services Business Unit Manager and Senior Team Leader at Summit Technology Solutions since January 2008, Hossam has a strong track record of leadership in the industry. Prior roles include Team Leader at Summit Technology Solutions and Senior Voice Engineer at Orascom Technology Solutions from September 1999 to December 2007. Hossam began career as a Field Services Engineer at Bonian Contracting from September 1998 to September 1999. Hossam holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Helwan University Cairo, earned between 1993 and 1998.
