Haley Hughes, M.A., BCBA, LBA, is a skilled Behavioral Services Specialist at Summit Pointe since October 2022, offering consultation and training on behavior plans. With extensive experience in behavioral analysis, Haley has served as an Executive Committee Member for the Michigan Autism Conference since 2018, coordinating presentations and managing CEU processes. Previous roles include BCBA/Practicum Supervisor at Residential Opportunities Inc, Behavior Specialist at WMU/Summit Pointe, and various instructional positions at Western Michigan University and Kalamazoo Valley Community College. Currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Behavior Analysis, Haley possesses a solid educational background with a master’s degree in Behavior Analysis and a bachelor’s degree in Family Studies and Behavioral Science from Western Michigan University.
