Kenny Blackburn is an experienced professional in the field of measurement systems and data management, currently serving as the Measurement Data Systems Supervisor at Summit Midstream Partners, LP since December 2022. Previously, Kenny held the position of Measurement Manager at Trace Midstream, overseeing corporate SCADA and measurement functions. Prior roles include Product Manager at Quorum Software and Flow-Cal, where leadership in field measurement software development was emphasized. Kenny has also managed Measurement Services and Automation at EP Energy and has extensive experience with gas measurement accuracy and compliance from their time at El Paso Energy and Hanover Measurement Services. Kenny's career began at Houston Flow Measurement, Inc., where significant contributions to measurement support and business development were made.
