Nikki Hardin is an experienced communications and project management professional currently serving as Communications Manager at Summit Human Capital since August 2020, where leadership of a team focuses on strategic communications for a statewide ERP system. Previous roles include Learning Management System Administrator and Change Management Specialist, where Nikki drove user experiences and supported implementations across numerous agencies. Prior experience includes administrative roles at ABS Technology, Bridge Personnel Services, and TEKsystems, along with strong foundational skills gained in customer service and management trainee positions. Nikki holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
