Katie O'Malley has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Katie started their career as an intern at CNH, where they were involved in company integration and compensation plan projects. Katie then worked as an intern at Briggs & Stratton, assisting with interviewing and HRIS data entry. Katie gained experience in the staffing industry at Manpower Inc., where they recruited, interviewed, and conducted background checks for applicants. Katie then joined Manpower as a Resource Manager, responsible for recruiting, organizing interviews, and conducting new employee orientations. After that, Katie worked at the Eau Claire Area Chamber of Commerce as a Membership & Sales Director, focusing on member recruitment and retention, as well as committee facilitation. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Human Resources at Summit Dental Consulting, overseeing HR operations for the company.

Katie O'Malley pursued their education at the Lubar College of Business from 1999 to 2003. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a specialization in Human Resource Management.
