Neal Clemons is an experienced Headend Engineer at Summit Broadband, where responsibilities include managing hfc, gpon, and rfog communities for the SWFL Summit customer base since August 2016, following a year as a technical representative in the Marco Island office. Prior to this role, Neil served as a Service Dispatcher at Alorica from August 2012 to July 2016, overseeing computer repair service dispatch for Costco's Electronics 2nd year warranty department. Neal holds educational credentials from the Lorenzo Walker Institute of Technology, completed between January 2009 and November 2010.
