Jaimie Park is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and consulting. Currently serving as Chief People Officer at Summit Automotive Partners since June 2022, Jaimie previously held multiple roles at McKinsey & Company from August 2017 to June 2022, including Professional Development Manager and Engagement Manager. An MBA candidate and Roy H. Park Leadership Fellow at Cornell Johnson from 2015 to 2017, Jaimie demonstrated strong leadership as VP of Education for the Consulting Club and co-founder of REDtalks. Prior experiences include roles in marketing and sales at notable companies such as L'Occitane en Provence and EF Education First, as well as positions in digital marketing and venture capital. Jaimie holds a BA in Sociology and Psychology from Middlebury College and has been recognized with various accolades, including the Butterfinger Cups Case Study Winner during the MBA program.
