Sonika Barat is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in system analysis and consultancy. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at Summit Advisory Team since March 2022 and as a Senior Business System Analyst at Belk since April 2021, Sonika has demonstrated a strong commitment to improving business systems. Previous roles include Scrum Master positions at Wells Fargo, a lead systems analyst at Compass Group USA, and a systems analyst at Tailored Brands, Inc. Sonika also has a solid foundation in engineering from The Men's Wearhouse, Inc. and has held various analytical and engineering positions since starting a career in 2006 at JPMorgan Chase. Sonika holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
