Ken Muggeridge serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Omnichannel Practice Lead at Summit Advisory Team LLC since January 2021. Previously, Ken held the position of Omnichannel Solutions Expert and Partner at SCApath LLC from March 2018 to December 2020, and co-founded Vira Solutions, where Ken was the Managing Partner, providing omnichannel solutions for the retail sector from March 2013 to May 2020. In addition, Ken made significant contributions at The Men's Wearhouse, Inc. as VP of Operations, overseeing a substantial increase in revenue and operational initiatives, and later served as the Information Technology Director for TwinHill Corporate Apparel, where Ken optimized supply chain operations. Ken's earlier experience includes roles as Director of Manufacturing at The Men's Wearhouse and Director of Materials Management at Neema Clothing, Ltd. Ken obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from UC Irvine between 1984 and 1987.
