Andrea Scown is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leading operations and customer experience in the retail sector. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Customer Experience Officer at Mitre 10 (New Zealand) Limited since June 2017, Andrea oversees Store Operations, Supply Chain, Home Services, Business Development, and Store Design and Development. Andrea also holds positions as a Future Director at Summerset Retirement Villages and a Steering Group Member at the Business Leaders' Health and Safety Forum. Previous roles include General Manager at Specialty Fashion Group, Acting CEO and Chief Operations Officer at EziBuy, and Chief Operating Officer at Bendon.
