Baby Raphael Neelamkavil Varkey is an experienced Agriculture Specialist with a strong background in agricultural research, sustainability, and quality assurance. Currently serving as General Manager at Suminter India Organics since April 2017, Baby Raphael oversees Agri R&D and advisory services. Previous roles include General Manager for the Department of Agriculture, Government of Kerala, and various consultancy positions in agricultural technology transfer and plantation management in Ethiopia and India. With extensive expertise gained from over three decades in the agricultural sector, Baby Raphael holds a Master's degree in Agriculture from Tamil Nadu Agricultural University and a Bachelor's degree from Annamalai University.
