Geraldine Guaidia Jaime is a seasoned quality assurance professional with extensive experience in software testing and quality management. Currently serving as the Lead Quality Analyst at Sumer since December 2021, Geraldine previously held the position of Quality Analyst Leader at Rappi from November 2017 to November 2021, where significant contributions were made to software quality processes and team leadership, expanding from one to twenty-five team members. Geraldine’s career began at Choucair Testing S.A., where responsibilities included managing software testing and quality assurance, followed by a role at Recaudo Bogotá S.A.S, starting as a software analyst and advancing to database analysis and application development. Geraldine's foundational experience includes an internship focused on business intelligence and software testing protocols, which paved the way for a robust career in quality assurance.
