Sree Lakshmi has extensive experience in Learning and Development, currently serving as Associate Director at Sulekha since November 2008, having progressed through various roles including Senior Manager, Senior Training Manager, and Training Manager in Business Development. Prior to Sulekha, Sree Lakshmi worked at Just Dial as a Quality Analyst and Trainer for a brief period in 2008 and held the position of Senior Team Lead in Business Development from 2003 to 2006. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts from Dyal Singh College (1998-2001) and a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from IICT Business School Lucknow (2014-2016).
