Chelsea Gregory serves as the Global Head of Human Resources at Suki, where responsibilities include leading strategic and operational HR functions and enhancing talent through organizational development initiatives. Previously, Chelsea held the position of Global Human Resources Manager at Suki, contributing to the company's growth from 15 to over 200 employees while developing a people strategy that increased employee engagement and decreased attrition. Chelsea also supported the CEO as an Executive Assistant during critical funding rounds and operational expansions. In addition to current roles, Chelsea is a member of StartupExperts, an exclusive community for HR and operations leaders. Earlier experience includes serving as a Learning and Development Specialist at BEDA, where significant improvements in bilingual education were achieved. Chelsea holds a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish Language and Literature, a Master's degree in Bilingual, Multilingual, and Multicultural Education, and a Professional Certificate in Human Resources Management from Cornell University.
