Bastien Viaud has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Bastien started their career at Accor as a Front Desk Receptionist from July 2015 to June 2016. From January 2016 to June 2016, they worked as a Business Assistant at Forum HOTel&SPA Paris. Bastien then joined Versailles Events as a Junior Project Manager from July 2016 to June 2017. Following that, they gained experience as an Account Manager at Dayuse.com, where they managed daily relations with hotel partners, processed complaints and claims, trained customers and hotel partners, and optimized revenue from June 2017 to August 2018. Bastien then transitioned to Realtainment, where they served as an International Customer Happiness Manager from May 2019 to May 2021. Currently, they hold a position at SuitePad as an International Inside Sales Manager, starting from June 2021. Bastien also held the role of Sales Development Representative from June 2022 to April 2023. In April 2023, they were promoted to the position of Sales & Customer Experience Manager.
Bastien Viaud completed their education at various institutions. Bastien started in 2012, studying at Université Paris-Sorbonne, where they obtained a Licence in Langues Etrangères Appliquées in 2015. Following that, from 2015 to 2016, they attended CMH Academy and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism and Luxury Brands. Bastien continued their studies at CMH Academy from 2015 to 2017 and completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Hospitality Management, Tourism and Luxury Brands.
In addition to their formal education, Bastien Viaud also obtained some certifications. In 2017, they completed a course called The Digital Garage offered by Google. In 2016, they achieved a TOEFL IBT score of 109 out of 120, acquiring certification from TOEFL®. Bastien also obtained a driving licence, referred to as Permis B, in March 2013.
