Kristin Moreland is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success, sales, and marketing. As the Senior Director of Customer Success Americas at SugarCRM since February 2024, Kristin oversees customer success initiatives across North America and Latin America, focusing on maximizing customer benefits from the company's solutions. Prior to this role, Kristin spent over a decade at Professional Advantage, serving in various capacities, including Account Manager and Enterprise Sales Specialist. Kristin's earlier experience includes serving as Office Manager and Business Developer at Express Employment Professionals, where Kristin significantly increased client numbers and developed marketing campaigns.
