Support Team Lead at SugarCRM

Christos P. has diverse work experience in the IT industry. Christos started their career at AC Trucking, Inc. in 2003 as a Server Administrator and IT Support, responsible for maintaining the network and troubleshooting computer issues. In 2004, they worked at Protonic as an Online IT Help Desk volunteer, providing technical support to home users. Later that year, they joined Dictiosi as a Web Developer, Computer Technician, and Junior Administrator, where they redesigned the website and created a web-based Licenses Manager.

In 2006, Christos joined eXtreme Computer as a Computer/IT Helpdesk technician, providing support for hardware and software. From 2008 to 2012, they worked at Webdnd Group as a Server Administrator and Web Developer, involved in setting up and securing Linux servers for web hosting.

Since 2012, Christos has been employed at SugarCRM, initially as a Technical Support Engineer, troubleshooting and resolving installation and production issues. Christos then progressed to the role of Advanced Support Engineer and is currently serving as a Support Team Lead, overseeing customer support interactions and ensuring world-class customer support.

Christos P. attended Night High School of Veria, but the start and end years are unknown. Christos also obtained a certification in Introduction to Linux from Edx in 2014.
