Radhika Sarda has worked in various roles since 2013. Radhika began their career as a Summer Internship at Future Group India, where they created and maintained skill inventory and improved access and retrieval of employee data. In 2015, they worked as an Exhibition Coordinator at Sharda Enterprises, where they developed analytical and critical thinking and problem solving skills. That same year, they worked as a Customer Delight Executive at FAB BAG, where they handled inbound/outbound telephonic interactions with customers and maintained MIS and generated daily/weekly reports. In 2016, they became an Assistant Manager - Wowkidz at Maya Digital Studios (P) Ltd., where they managed YouTube channels and merchandise. Most recently, they have been a Digital Marketing Manager and Assistant Manager, Creative Services at SUGAR Cosmetics since 2018, where they plan and coordinates various aspects of motion picture production and researches industry-related topics.

Radhika Sarda completed their Bachelor's Degree in Bachelor of Management Studies at ML Dahanukar from 2012 to 2015. Radhika also attended St. Joseph's Convent High School from 2000 to 2010. In addition, Radhika obtained a Google Analytics Power User certification from Google in August 2020.
