Neethu Jose

Brand Marketing Manager at SUGAR Cosmetics

Neethu Jose has a diverse work experience. Neethu started their career at Mahindra & Mahindra as a Summer Internee in 2015. Later that year, they represented India at an international-level business plan competition called G20 Global Business Challenge in Australia. In 2016, Neethu worked at ITC Limited as an Assistant Manager - Seafood (International Markets), where they handled key accounts of frozen seafood in the US and Japan markets. Neethu also collaborated with the product development team for the launch of ITC MasterChef shrimps in India. From 2019 to 2022, Neethu worked at CavinKare as a Brand Manager - International Business. Neethu handled new product development and go-to-market strategies for GCC & SAARC markets, and later took on marketing responsibilities for Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, and Nepal. In 2022, Neethu joined Bajaj Consumer Care as a Brand Manager before moving on to work at SUGAR Cosmetics in 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Brand Manager at SUGAR Cosmetics.

Neethu Jose completed their education in a chronological order. Neethu obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Biochemistry from St. Xavier's College, Ahmedabad in 2013. Later, from 2014 to 2016, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from SYMBIOSIS INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY.

In addition to their degrees, Neethu Jose has also obtained several certifications. In 2015, they received certifications in Capstone Business Simulation from Capsim Management Simulations Inc., Food Processing Auditor- ISO 22000:2005 from Intertek, and ISO9001 from Intertek. Neethu also obtained a certification in Market-Place Business Simulation in 2015 from Marketplace.

In 2020, Neethu Jose obtained certifications in Marketing Analytics from the University of Virginia and Leading culturally diverse teams in the workplace from Deakin Business School.
