Akash Basak is an accomplished brand manager currently leading the skincare brand Quench at SUGAR Cosmetics since April 2024. With a strong background in marketing, Akash previously served as the Marketing Lead - Digital First at CavinKare from October 2018 to March 2024, where responsibilities included managing a team across branding, D2C, performance marketing, and driving economic improvements. Akash has also held roles as Senior Brand Manager at CavinKare, National Key Account Manager and Area Sales Manager at Emami Ltd, and Assistant Sales Manager at Samsung Electronics. Educational qualifications include a PGDM in Marketing & Strategy from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode, and a B.Tech in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Haldia Institute of Technology.
