Joaquim Santos currently serves as the Customer Fulfillment Manager Ibéria at Sugal Group, responsible for logistics, transport, and client support services for the Azambuja, Benavente, and Sevilha plants since July 2023. Previous roles include Production Planning Lead at INEOS Automotive, Logistics Supervisor at SMP Automotive Global, and Production Planning Coordinator at OGMA-Indústria Aeronáutica de Portugal, S.A. Joaquim has also held significant positions such as Aerostructures Production Planning and Logistics Manager at Embraer, Maintenance Manager at SEL. Lda, Production Supervisor at Incompol, and Development Engineer at Exide Technologies. Joaquim holds a licenciatura in engineering electrotécnica from the Setúbal School of Technology Polytechnic Institute of Setúbal, earned between 1998 and 2003.
