Esteban Rozas is a skilled professional with extensive experience in planning, performance management, and process engineering. Currently serving as Planning and Performance Manager at Sugal Group since September 2021, Esteban has previously held roles including Ingeniero de procesos and Ingeniero Trainee de Operaciones. Prior to this, Esteban was Coordinador y Supervisor Técnico de Obras at Constructora Almin, and developed a traceability management system at VIVEROS HORTIPLANT SL. Additionally, Esteban has experience in establishing a Document Management System based on ISO standards at Essbio and also worked as an Administrator at Rock and Waffles. Esteban holds a degree in Civil Industrial Engineering from Universidad del Bío Bío, completed in 2019.
