Mr. CHAN Kit Wang is an independent non-executive director of the Group and a member of audit committee, remuneration committee and nomination committee of the Group. He is a fellow member of The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, associate member of The Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. He is now a senior partner of a certified public accounting firm. Mr. Chan has over 43 years of working experience in accounting, auditing and taxation.

Mr. Chan graduated from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University with a higher diploma in accountancy.
