Stephanie Roulic is a dynamic professional with extensive experience in management, customer success, and entrepreneurship. Currently serving on the Management & Entrepreneurship Career Community Advisory Group at Suffolk University since September 2022, Stephanie also founded and leads Startup Boston, an initiative aimed at connecting and celebrating the startup community in Boston through events like Startup Boston Week. Previous roles include Head of Operations and Head of Customer Success & Support at Goldcast, where Stephanie was instrumental in building customer success teams as one of the earliest hires. Additional experience encompasses a range of positions from co-founding nDash, managing community operations, to early-stage marketing roles at various companies, showcasing a strong background in both leadership and customer engagement. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
