Nathaniel St Jean, AIA NCARB, currently serves as the Director of Learning & Development at Suffolk Construction since January 2022 and holds an adjunct faculty position at Wentworth Institute of Technology, teaching an introductory structures course since January 2024. As the owner of Tectonica, Nathaniel operates a design-focused business and hosts the Cross/Section podcast, which centers on design and construction topics. Previously, Nathaniel was an adjunct professor, program chair, and assistant professor at Southern New Hampshire University in the Construction Management department, contributing since October 2017. Nathaniel's earlier experience includes roles as Managing Director and Architect at Caveney Architectural Collaborative, Project Manager at GreenEdge Builders LLC, and various positions in project management and architecture from 2004 to 2014. Nathaniel holds both a Master of Architecture and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the Wentworth Institute of Technology and is currently pursuing coursework in Higher Education at Southern New Hampshire University.
