Rui Sobral is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the water and sewage services sector. Currently serving as Vice President of International Water Projects at SUEZ since August 2016, Rui Sobral has held various significant roles, including Senior Project Manager in the International Water Projects Division and Transformation & Reorganization. Prior to this, Rui Sobral was Vice President of Operations Support at United Water from October 2012 to August 2016 and held the position of CEO at TECSA-IACMEX, where responsibilities included managing services for 4-6 million residents in Mexico City. Additionally, Rui Sobral has worked as Contract Manager at LYDEC, overseeing compliance for water and wastewater services in Casablanca, and as Regional Manager at Ondeo de Puerto Rico, managing services for 930,000 inhabitants. Rui Sobral's career began at SUEZ in 1993, where roles included Project Manager and Operations Manager. Rui Sobral holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Artificial Intelligence from Ecole Doctorale de l'Universite de Technologie de Compiegne.
